Refund policy

At Emmanou Hair, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure that you love your hair wigs, but we also understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return Period

  • You have 5 days from the date of receiving your wig to initiate a return or exchange. After this 5-day period, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

2. Condition of the Product

  • All returned wigs must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Wigs that have been worn or altered in any way cannot be returned.

3. Exchange Only

  • We offer exchanges only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another wig of equal or lesser value. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

4. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the product is damaged or defective, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective wig, please contact us immediately within the 5-day return period. We will provide a return shipping label and offer you an exchange for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.

6. Sale or Discounted Items

  • All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before finalizing the order.

7. International Returns

  • We do accept international returns, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us for assistance with international returns.
